I have been cooking since I was 8 years old, I started off with preparing pancakes, soup, and cookies. After that my mom kept me in the kitchen. Now I have studied independently of a variety of cuisines. Dreamed of opening my own restaurant, starting off with catering. Then Blue Firefly was born.

 

 

 

Started off learning American cuisine, now Asian, Mexican, Italian, Venezuelan, French

 

 

 

 

Since we are a family business, my son joined our team. It was a way to spend more time together while teaching him a skill.
